I teach students ages 4 through adults. My goal is to instill in pupils the love of making music through piano playing and to help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become independent pianists and music readers.

I love what I do and it makes me so happy to be able to share my passion with others.
Since starting as a professional Piano Instructor, I’ve been privileged to see so many students discover their natural skills and abilities and reach results they never dreamed were possible. If that sounds like something you’d like to explore, get in touch.
LESSON INFORMATION
Lessons are available in person and via Skype.
My teaching style focuses on skills training but also emphasizes self-exploration and discovering a passion for something new.
Piano studies are offered all year around. The year is divided into 19 week Fall/Spring semesters and a Summer Session.
Each Fall/Spring semester includes 16 private lessons and 3 group lessons.
Private studies focus on technical development, introduction of new repertoire, study of music theory, and review/polishing of repertoire pieces. Group lessons cover student performances, music theory, games, music history and ear training.
In addition to individual studies there are numerous opportunities to participate in fun/formal recitals, chamber music, auditions, and performances for the community.

30 min (recommended for beginners)
45 min (recommended for intermediate level)
60 min (recommended for advanced students)
Adult students receive 19 private lessons per semester.
The Summer Session is more flexible in order to accommodate student family activities, travel, camps, etc. Students may sign up for as many lessons as they choose but it is recommended that they take at least four lessons over the summer.
